against her for participation in a major embezzlement scheme.

7. She is taking a position with Greenpeace.

8. She is switching political parties.

9. She just wants to be a mayor again.

What, you were expecting 10 reasons?

Wait, here's a cool one we have read from the "tin foil" types...

10. Obama gave her an ultimatum to resign or be killed.

Obama Press Award Closed To Press and Palin Says 69 Is Good

More unintended humor from those in power:

Mr. Transparent, Barack Obama, will be receiving an award from the National Newspaper Publisher Association for his campaign pledge to have the most transparent administration in American history.

From the official schedule of the Prez:

"Later in the afternoon, the President and the First Lady will attend a reception with the National Newspaper Publisher Association in the State Dining Room, where they will be presented the Newsmaker of the Year award. This event is closed press."
