Robert McNamara, the controversial Secretary of Defense under John F Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson from 1961 to 1968 has died. Finally.
Seriously, for those of you old enough to remember the goings on in the Sixties, doesn't it seem like the guy should be about 150 years old?
