The Etta James Beyonce tiff is heating up with this little gem from Etta James at a Seattle concert: "I'll tell you what, Beyonce's gonna get her ass whupped".
Apparently,Etta James is upset with Beyonce for singing Etta's classic "At Last" for the Obamas' first dance at the inauguration. We aren't sure why Etta is so upset, but found this quote from her on Mr. Obama:
”You guys know your president right? You know the one with the big ears. Yeah, wait a minute, he ain’t my president, he might be yours..."
Yesssss.
We love a good cat fight, even if one of the cats is 71 years old.
We predict Beyonce in the 2nd round by a knockout.
