From the state of Texas, where everything is big (theoretically), comes one Sheyla Hershey. Sheyla's claim to fame is she is the proud owner of the worlds largest breast implants. Salute Sheyla!
It seems that Sheyla has undergone NINE breast augmentation surgeries and now owns a 38KKK chest. Sheyla is from Brazil and had to go back their for her most recent surgery. Apparently U.S. plastic surgeons can't make them nearly that big. Her previous size of 38FFF was more than double the U.S. Limit.
Oh...and she is smiling big too.
