Mr. Transparent, Barack Obama, will be receiving an award from the National Newspaper Publisher Association for his campaign pledge to have the most transparent administration in American history.

From the official schedule of the Prez:

"Later in the afternoon, the President and the First Lady will attend a reception with the National Newspaper Publisher Association in the State Dining Room, where they will be presented the Newsmaker of the Year award. This event is closed press."

Hmmm..an award from the press closed to the press.

It seems Sarah is not going to take all the federal stimulus money for the great state of Alaska. Apparently, there are strings attached that she can't live with.
We all know Sarah Palin is a no stings attached kinda gal.

She has stated that she will take 69 Percent of it.
