Could this be the world's ugliest cat? Ugly Bat Boy, who lives at a veterinary hospital in Exeter New Hampshire, is said to have the sweetest disposition and is a local celebrity. He also is...er...butt ugly. Ugly Bat Boy is mostly bald all over except for the flowing mane of hair on his mid section. The eight year old cat was born this way.
And now he is an International Celebrity.
